Data Retention Policy

1. Introduction
LandrAgent is committed to retaining your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. This Data Retention Policy explains how long we keep different types of data and when we delete it.
This policy is designed to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and other applicable data protection laws.
2. Account Data

5. Logs and Technical Data

6. Account Deletion
When you delete your account, we will:
- Permanently delete your account data, resumes, analyses, and screening results within 30 days
- Retain anonymised or aggregated data where required for analytics (no personal data)
- Retain billing records as required by law (e.g., 7 years for tax)
To request account deletion, contact us at privacy@landragent.com or use the account deletion option in Settings.
7. Early Deletion on Request
You may request deletion of specific data (e.g., a particular analysis) before account deletion. We will process such requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Data Retention Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
