1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LandrAgent ("the Service"), operated by a company incorporated in Singapore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LandrAgent provides AI-powered resume matching, optimization, cover letter generation, job suggestions, career pathfinding, and interview preparation tools for job seekers and recruiters. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription and Payment

Premium and HR plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees when due
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Renewal terms (e.g., monthly) as specified at checkout

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us. You retain ownership of the resumes and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to process your content to provide the Service (e.g., AI analysis).

7. AI Outputs

AI-generated content (match scores, recommendations, cover letters, interview questions) is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under local law.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
